Shipping - Ground deliveries

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that the address you enter is correct. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re ship an item because of an address error.

If a package is returned to us because of customer error and the customer does not wish the package re-sent but instead wishes to cancel the order, please be advised that we can only refund the amount of the product. The price of shipping will be retained to cover the cost of the original shipping.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR US CUSTOMERS US orders received on Mondays through Thursdays after 9 am EST will not be sent/picked up by UPS until the following business day. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
